Sometimes technology is not our friend, but let’s try to solve that. There are a few reasons you may get a message that your email is taken or you are already registered.
#1 – You actually are already registered and if that is the case you can check your email for a confirmation from Expo. Alternatively, you can email us at Hello@ateema.com to check it out.
#2 – You started filling out registration, but you left without finishing. Simply find the window there it is open, go to the registration form and in the top right you should see a shopping cart showing how many tickets that you started filling out. You can just hit the cart and finish.
#3 – The email address you are using is indeed a duplicate. Everyone should be using their own email and registering on their own, when you check in on-site you will need to print your name badge using your contact info so please do not use a shared email address.
There could also just be something going wrong with technology, try opening registration in a private browser and trying again since this clears out history, cache, and cookies and should fix the problem. If all fail, just email us!
Yes. The Hospitality & Tourism Summit Tickets do cost money, and the cost changes depending on your role at your company. For our concierge ad guest service membership community, they recieve complimentary tickets for being a part of our network. Meeting & event planners that are in our network also receive a discounted rate thanks to our sponsors, some planners may be invited through our hosted buyer program which is executed by our exhibitors and sponsors this year. If you are someone that works in the hospitality & tourism industry, or want to connect with those that do, the industry professional ticket is right for you. All of these ticket types are tied to your email on file, if you feel like there is an error just email us at Hello@ateema.com for clarification or to apply to join our network.
No. Parking at Navy Pier is available at whatever rate Navy Pier sets, we are unable to offer discounts.
Once you fill out the first screen with your contact info, you will be prompted to select the sessions you’d like to sign up for. Remember, the ones that were already shown are available on-demand. Once you select your free sessions, you will be asked about adding our official after-party to your registration for $25. After you get through the sessions, you will see an order with your ticket(s) and below that a spot for a promotional code.
Note that some codes are for a discount on your entire order, like 20% off, and some are associated with a dollar amount. The after-party is not included.
Our education sessions will take place in meeting rooms 325 and 326 at Navy Pier, in-person and there will not be a hybrid component this year.
Unfortunately, if you did not purchase your ticket to the after-party through your initial registration, you would need to request a refund in order to go back in and purchase it as an add-on. We are working on a better solution, so if you are interested in buying a ticket just email us at Hello@ateema.com and we’d be happy to assist.
